1. Mail USPS -
Mail your case to the laboratory by
taking the following
steps |

A. Click on the the
USPS icon and print out the label.
B. Tape the label on a shipping box.
C. Then just put the box in mail, or
take it to the Post Office.

2. Ship UPS -
Send in your case by taking the
following steps |

A. Click on the UPS icon button and fill out the
form including name and address. Submit
B. Wait just a few minutes and your
shipping label will be e-mailed to you.
C. Put the pre-filled label on a
shipping box.
D. Then just put the box in a UPS
drop box or hand it to a UPS driver.
E. If no drop box or driver is available, call 800-742-5877 and
request a
UPS pickup.**

Important Information -
Normal shipping
charges, including both incoming and outgoing
cases, are
covered by the laboratory.
Overnight delivery is a four dollar charge each
way.

Excessive account or work loads may prevent us
from accepting work.

Some charges may apply if a pickup by UPS is
requested. No charge
is incurred for shipments put in a drop
box or handed to a driver.
